Every event has unique requirements that can require identifying and tracking hundreds of details. Events by jfish specializes in research and executing everything from vendor contracts to the last place setting. With jfish at your disposal, you don’t have to do it alone.

Client Logistics

  • Oversee the implementation of the event plan
  • Create reliable event cost financial reports to client
  • Coordinate between client and facility representatives on specific event needs, and restrictions
  • Coordinate between client and presenters to create event run of show and schedule
  • Provide regularly scheduled communication with client to discuss benchmark goals and progress
  • Oversee logistical details of the event to ensure a safe, comfortable, and seamless experience

Vendor Logistics

  • Coordinate with event subcontractors such as food and beverage, Audio/Visual, set designer, band, etc.
  • Coordinate with other event subcontractors as needed specific to event and report back to client
  • Ensure subcontractors understand and fulfill their commitments
  • Communicate information subcontractors to ensure correct registration/meal count

Event Guest Services

To help set the tone on opening day, Events by jfish works with the client to provide a positive check-in experience for any space to welcome all attendees.
